Fifteen years ago I was looking for answers.

My husband and I were trying to have a baby, and having nothing but problems. We had experienced repeated miscarriages and not only did no one have a reason why, but it seemed like no one was willing to try and it figure out. We were just told to keep trying.

I was feeling helpless and powerless.

​

That was when I decided that doing nothing wasn’t an option. A friend recommended a naturopathic doctor and she made me feel respected and heard. It was through her that we discovered the likely cause of our fertility issues. I am grateful every day since that we now have have three beautiful daughters. I have spent most of my professional career in healthcare, but that experience opened my eyes to the possibilities of naturopathic medicine and I vowed I would spend the rest of my life helping others in the same way.

I will be honoured if you choose to share your story with me, and I will do my very best to help you using a practical, holistic, and evidence-based approach that is inclusive, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed.

Community is important to me.

I work and live in beautiful Ladner, BC, the 'small town' part of Delta. It's just as important for me to be part of and give back to the community as it is for me to provide my services here. I provide PAP smears free of charge at the clinic to help women without a family doctor. I regularly donate to community group fundraisers and participate in local events. I am an ambassador for and provide complimentary services through Mamas For Mamas, a specialized poverty relief agency and all inclusive community for mothers and caregivers.
