In our visits I will listen carefully to everything you tell me. I will ask the right questions to figure out what is at the root of what brought you to me. I will educate you about your body and your health so that you can take control. You'll leave each visit with a customized health plan to help you move towards your goals.

Inspire.

Health counselling is a central part of what I do. I will help you determine the motivators you need to be successful, and help to uncover anything that may be blocking you from reaching your goals. I will be beside you every step of the way, cheering you on.

Empower.

I have all the tools to make you successful - whether it's helping you change your diet, find time in your day to move, or recommending the best supplements to fuel you for success. I will give you the information and design your plan, but it's up to you to do the work. I know you can do this!

Initial naturopathic visit investment: $395 (90 min appointment)

**For a short time only, I am accepting new patients

Return visits: $85+ (depending on length of visit)

Payments accepted: credit card (all), debit, cash direct bill to insurance

I am licensed in British Columbia only, so to work with me you must be physically located in the province of BC, even if the appointment is virtual.

The IV Experience

Intravenous and Injection Therapies

Currently offering customized intravenous and injection therapies to help you maximize your potential and feel your best. Our first visit (if you aren't already a patient) will include your health history, a review of your medications and supplements, allergies and medical conditions. Based on all of this along with a discussion of your goal, I will customize either an IV or injection protocol for your specific needs. I also provide heavy metal chelation by IV.
